This notice informs visitors and users who submit contact, demo or appointment forms on this website under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), where applicable.
1. Personal data we process
- Identity / contact: name, email, phone, company / role (as you provide via forms)
- Security: IP address, browser / device data, language preference, cookie consent record, security logs
- Customer interaction: request subject, message body, demo / quote conversation notes
- Marketing (only with consent): campaign interaction, preferred channel
2. Purposes and legal bases
- Operating a secure website (legitimate interests — KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6/1-f)
- Responding to demo, quote, contact and support requests (contract steps or consent)
- Legal compliance (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç)
- Anonymous analytics and product improvement — analytics cookies only with your consent
- Marketing communications — only with consent; withdraw anytime
3. Recipients
Data may be shared with hosting, email delivery (e.g. AWS SES), security and support providers as needed to run the service. International transfers use appropriate safeguards (including SCCs where required). Tenant data inside the GateGO application shell is governed by the subscription agreement and separate KVKK processes; this marketing site is the public storefront.
4. Retention
Contact records are kept until the request is resolved and applicable limitation periods expire; cookie consent records for policy versioning and audit; security logs for a reasonable period. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
5. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority or other competent supervisor. Contact java@java.com.tr.
