Buyer: The natural or legal person placing an order via the platform (GateGO tenant / customer organisation).
1. Subject
This agreement covers distance sales of software subscriptions, cloud / SaaS module access and related digital services under applicable Turkish consumer and e-commerce rules where they apply. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Formation
Orders complete via the catalogue / cart on store.java.com.tr and authenticated payment on app.java.com.tr (CheckoutIntent / payment institution). The contract is formed upon payment confirmation; purchased module(s) are assigned to the tenant account.
3. Product / price
- Name, scope, term and price appear on the order summary and invoice / e-document.
- Prices are in TRY unless stated otherwise; VAT treatment is shown at checkout.
- Pilot / list prices appear on the storefront; custom quotes / RFQ follow a separate path.
4. Performance / delivery
Digital service is performed when module access is enabled on the tenant account within a reasonable time after successful payment (and email verification if required). See Delivery & Returns.
5. Withdrawal
Where digital content / services begin with the consumer’s prior consent, statutory withdrawal exceptions may apply. For B2B subscriptions, the commercial agreement and product terms prevail. Send withdrawal / cancellation requests to [email protected] or in-app support.
6. Payment
Card payments are processed by licensed payment institutions (e.g. iyzico; fallback: Stripe). The seller does not store full card data. 3-D Secure / redirect flows follow the provider’s rules.
7. Personal data
Order and account data are processed under the Privacy notice and subscription agreement.
8. Disputes
Consumer disputes: competent consumer bodies / courts under Turkish law. Commercial disputes: courts and enforcement offices at the seller’s registered seat, subject to mandatory rules.
